Not based in the UK? We can now ship your favourite fragrance direct to your door.

Simply checkout as usual and select your shipping country from the list on the payment page. You can check shipping costs and restrictions using the shipping search above.

If you have any questions or if your country is not listed, simply drop us an email and we will respond as soon as possible.

For first time shipments, all deliveries will be sent to the address where the card used for purchase is registered.

There are some territories where we are still finalising local shipping arrangements so apologies if we can’t ship to you immediately – we are working on it.

Please note: Maison Francis Kurkdjian and Grossmith fragrances are not available for international shipping. Eau d’Italie & ALTAIA cannot be shipped to US, Australia or New Zealand.

Please note: we are unable to deliver to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus currently.

Delivery Costs and Timings

All our products are shipped Express Delivery and should arrive within 2 - 3 days, however this depends on the country.

Shipping charges vary by territory so the final price will be dependent on the weight of your order and the carrier used.

Fragrance is considered a Dangerous Good and is subject to additional charges.

UK VAT & Local Customs and Taxes

International shipments do not attract UK VAT but may be subject to local duties and taxes.

All goods are shipped DAP - Delivery At Place. The price you pay to Les Senteurs will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. Payment of these local duties taxes is YOUR responsibility.

Your carrier will contact you via email to let you know what duties are due and how these can be paid to release your order.

As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for any local taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing any order.

Due to significant surcharges for shipping fragrance internationally there is a minimum order value of £150. However we can recalculate your shipping charge if your basket value is less.

Returns

We are unable to accept any returns unless the product is faulty and/or damaged.
