Inspiration

An oriental fragrance inspired by the beauty of the creator’s native Thailand and the misty mountain city of Chiangmai. The concept of this transcendent scent unfolded in Pissara Umavijani’s mind as she stood on the Doi Suthep mountain one midnight long ago and looked out over the city bathed in silver moonlight. Heaven and earth seemed to meet as one, in a haze of heady night-blooming jasmine over the gilded temple roofs.

Moonlight in Chiangmai is a perfume to illuminate the soul with tolerance, and to ignite an understanding between the nations. The moonlight banishes the darkness as the fragrance of flowers, woods and incense dissipates disharmony and enlivens the spirit. Paradise regained!
