Inspiration

Les Senteurs’ first candle collection is inspired by the history of the Hawksley and Nicholson families, who came together as Michael and Betty
Hawksley – the co-founders of Les Senteurs.

This scent was inspired by an old black and white photograph of Maimie, a great friend of the family, and second mother to Michael.

She was lying on a make-shift bed set up in the garden, above her was a beautiful halo of flowers hanging from the arbour trestle above her.
